I have the following OS working well on my machine

1) Win XP SP2
2) Windows 2003 Server
3) RHEL4

Currently I am facing problems with Windows XP, Therefore I want to reinstall XP
At the same time I want to keep the installations of Win Server and RHEL4 
intact.

I want to know how to procees with the install.

CClient.tar.gz - this is an archive file like in windows we have .zip , 
extension indicates it is a  gunzip file.

To exctract "CClient.tar.gz"
# tar -xzf CCient.tar.gz...

4. Ethernet card is not working.

Hi fellow,

Please try to query your ethernet card via ethtool -r eth0 .
Yo may also run ifcfg -a to view complete network configuration.


Check what is the status of log file via 
tail -f /var/log/messages

lets see whats does the status say....
