use the command line to install.. move to the directory where you have your
vlc rpms then issue the command rpm -i *rpm if this doesnt work or try
adding --force after the command.. should work.. note that.. vlc rpm alone
is not sufficent.. it has numerous dependencies and u need to get all of
those rpms for it to work correctly..
