Haven't used this particular service, but other Reliance services have
been OK (no better, or worse really) than others, on the technical
aspects.

However, Reliance customer service is absolutely the worst that I have
ever experienced, bar none. Expect late bills, or non-delivered bills,
with delays in payment being your fault, of course. Some day, I have to
write a blog about the comedy of trying to cancel a dial-up account.
Phone representatives have little control over anything, are ignorant,
rude, and outright lie to you. I was assured thrice that I had been
disconnected only to get a new bill next month. Disconnection took the
waving of a signed complaint to TRAI in their face, and a threat to take
them to consumer court before they resolved what they themselves admitted
was their problem.

Regards,
Gora
