If you do not accept them, do not use the software. Instead, contact the manufacturer or installer to determine their return policy for a refund or credit". So far so good. And then the installer tells you: "This is a management decision that we are not refunding the operating system that bundles with the laptop". So there you have your refund/credit policy. Sounds like: "You can shove it where you want. You have paid, now we care a damn."
