A small point of order, especially in light of your follow-up. While I
might be organising these workshops currently, it is not up to me
personally to approve, or reject any of these. That would depend on the
response from the ILUG-D community, and the level of interaction from
the host organisation.

I do not see why this cannot be done, in principle, but there are several
points at issue here:
o As we are getting many requests for such workshops, I have started a
  list of potential venues under
  http://wiki.linux-delhi.org/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Main/CollegeExpo
in the order in which the requests were received. We will have to
decide soon on which ones are feasible.
o Can we get enough volunteers to go from Delhi to BITS, Pilani? Given
the distance, this involves at least two days for a one-day workshop.
Would anyone who is willing to hold a tutorial please volunteer by
  following up?
o Though our speakers volunteer their time, we expect travel and
incidental costs to be reimbursed, and accommodation provided if an
overnight stay outside Delhi is required, as would probably be the
case for Pilani. Is that possible?
o Finally, while an event showcasing Ubuntu is fine, I feel that
ILUG-Delhi should never be seen as promoting one distribution over
another. While we can discuss alternatives, the best way out would
  be to have separate events.

Regards,
Gora
