I'm not going to re-iterate anything just clearly mentioned in the entire discussion. If you just want to stick to your own conclusion even after it being proved wrong in the thread, then the list can decide who misled who. I'm glad its all archived. FWIW, I repeat, OpenSolaris is open source, its not 100% FOSS.
