Hello all,
Here are some brief minutes of the ILUG-D meeting held
this evening, Sun., 10th Aug., at Sarai. The meeting was
pretty well-attended (some 20-odd people, including left-
overs from the summary workshop for the 2007 Sarai FLOSS
fellows.
1. The meeting started with an impromptu demonstration
by Sudev on how to adjust laptop settings to work
with any overhead projector (<hint>displayconfig-gtk
</hint>). Sudev is hereby volunteered for writing up
a page on the ILUG-D Wiki for this, complete with
screenshots.
2. Pratul gave a presentation on OSSCamp, followed by a
lively discussion. The best part of the presentation
was when he told the old fogies from ILUG-D that the
next generation is taking over, pretty much in so many
words. Next OSSCamp Delhi is tentatively slated for
Sep. 27th/28th.
3. The next workshop in a local college is slated for the
the 23rd/24th of August at ABES college, Ghaziabad.
