How are you testing it? I don't think it would work the way you are trying
to do it unless you do some different configuration in iptables (DNAT and
mangle). What you can do is, on another machine which is connected to your
WiFi, just provide the eth0 IP of the machine which is connected to the net
(192.168.1.x) as the gateway and then try pinging - try pinging an IP
first, e.g. ping 202.54.15.1

If it doesn't work, can you print the firewall configuration?
