I am not new to Foss tools. I have tried almost all of them. That's why I am asking which one is stable enough to do serious editing. Kino is not at all good for someone who has worked on FCP. It's like asking a Ferrari driver to try bicycle... Blender...hmmm good for 3D guys...but not for pure film editing.... too much there. .is there anything that is really good enough for serious work?
