Narendra I personally am very cynical-- about people's and corporation's
ability to try to snatch or steal credit OR to misuse such licenses by
stating generalizations and then a big corporation with millions of $$s for
lawyers suing a 2-3 person startup which cannot even afford licenses for
non-free software.

I have had the experience of having had my own work snatched-- and so as
much as I enjoy discussion-- I would fear that someone declares ownership of
a idea--- and prevents people like me from profitting on the implementation.

Furthermore; if I were you; I would rather focus on refining my own skills
and trying to found a startup OR be part of the next Indian big thing---
rather than try to GPL ideas---

though ofcourse I am not you--- and you are free to take your ideas about
"GPL for ideas" forward--- best of luck.

Regards,

NS
