Sorry to burst your bubble, but by the best of estimates, only some 6% of the country speaks English. From your parochial viewpoint, I guess that it is fine, and the other 94% should never need to code software. Or, like Marie Antoinette, maybe we should grandiosely proclaim, "Let them learn English".
