INHO, APMK (yes i may be wrong) ,
    consider Linux distro on bundle/set of packages. All individual packages
has its own licences. If all components are under GPL, then you say say it
as 'GNU Mukt Linux Distro' but when you remix/combine Distro from various
packages ( "called it packages ki khichadi" ), You Distro is no longer "GNU
Mukt linux Distro". It has its own licence scheme.
    So any one can remix/combine package to make a propitiatory Linux
distribution and sell it with applying some restriction.
