No, your college should be a member of MSDN Academic alliance(have to pay
2lakhs i guess) to get all craps of M$ in free of cost.In most of the
colleges microsoft recruits students(Microsoft student partner) to organize
a club called microsoft campus club, They use these student partners to
freely distribute their crap inside campus.
