I don't know if its been mentioned before but this 3.1 Mbps plan is just like any other fraud that our ISPs come up with. If you read the tariffs[1] the unlimited plan has:
*** Unlimited usage plans will have a fair usage policy of 10 GB/month. Beyond which the customer will be charged at Rs. 2/- per MB. I find this ridiculous. At such high speeds this limit will run out very quick. Also the point mentioned above in the thread that you have to pay two months advance is another stupidity. Just my opinion and sorry if its off topic.
