Sorry, currently there is no such provision for proxy voting.
We can discuss allowing this, but only at some later point,
after the current elections.

Any member of ILUG-Delhi in good standing can vote in the elections,
and can also nominate themselves, or some other member, for an
office-bearer post. As all ILUG-Delhi nominations have currently
lapsed, anyone intending to vote, or stand for election, will first
have to join ILUG-Delhi. This will be done by filling in a short
form at the AGBM itself, and paying the membership fee. From what I
remember, the annual membership fee is Rs. 100 for students (you
will need a college I-card to qualify), and Rs. 200 for anyone else.
