After a lot of digging, calling, e-mailing, found that (n)codesolutions use the
same Aladdin's eToken software and they provide 32k/64k USB tokens that work
with Linux.

Sify also contacted back mentioning that DSC's can be used from Linux without
any requirement of a USB token. Their technical person will be back on
Wednesday to explain the stuff.

NIC-CA did not bother to reply.

Unfortunately, I had to install Adobe's Acroread on Debian for filling up MCA
forms and had to use a Windows machine to make payment online on MCA.

GoI's policy is promoting MS Window's sales and piracy. If I listen to my
conscience and strive for freedom, GoI wouldn't want me to talk business the
online way!

Nishant
