Driver support is much scarce as compared to linux ofcourse and you'll have to look around. Display is (mostly) taken care of with Nvidia, sound with OSS, there's support for almost all ethernet and WiFi as well. Stuff like working with printers, projectors, digital cameras, scanners, mp3 players, etc isn't as polished as linux yet. No bluetooth support either.
