Very much:

Ulterior motive: I have two hundred machines, presently running RHEL,
all in one computer center, and want to run a facility management
system. They are all pretty recent: Dual core athlon 64, but only
512MB RAM, and are connected with 100 mbps ethernet. It would be great
if we could fix them so that users can log in through LDAP and their
home directory is automounted. Ulterior motive - behind the ulterior
motive: I want to use the idle cycles on these captive 400 processors
to build a high-throughput system using condor.

Training: We can use a few to simulate a data center. Set up cobbler
on another server (also available) to test the automated
infrastructure stack. This is best done on a Sunday - and I do need
the assurance that (at least a few of ) the machines would be working
desktops the day after!
