yea..moderation is must and also there are plenty of things around to deal with like a facility through which company representatives/HR can easily figure out the actual duration(time) a fellow has worked on a certain platform be it any tech. not to mention each individual will be free to upload his CV including any OSS achievements done so far (if any).
