If you just want load balancing within your two providers, please see
the LARTC (Linux Advanced Routing and Traffic Control HOWTO) section
dealing with multiple uplinks:

  http://lartc.org/howto/lartc.rpdb.multiple-links.html

If you want to policy-based routing (some servers/protocols to be
accessed over one link while others are accessed over the other link),
again LARTC can help:

  http://lartc.org/howto/lartc.rpdb.html
