Hi,
You should disable network manager by

#service NetworkManager stop
and disable it by

#chkconfig NetworkManager off

Then you should manually configure your IP, so that you always know
the IP of that machine, either from the GUI,
System>Administration>Network or by editing the file
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-wlan0, and set

onboot="yes".
