I think we need zero restriction on freedom of speech and more respect for
preamble of the constitution, both of which require tolerance from the people,
and other things will follow.
Maybe you should think about how to distribute 1984, and other Orwellian
thoughts in their naked uncensored form, like Gideon's Bible.

FYI, Facebook is not a platform developed by techies for common people to
share ideas, it is just another man's dream of becoming a Big Brother, by
employing techies, like Google.
And the worst part, Governments uses that to communicate with people for which
they're not even sure is happening behind the scenes. We need more public
domain work by Govt., and no copyright by Govt. We need institutions like
C-DAC to be shut down for acting as a Govt. funded for-profit organization.
We need sources for all of the work (including websites operated by govt.) in
standard format (read as: !OOXML or encumbered by patents) in a freely
downloadable fashion, and zero security by obscurity.
And for that we don't need another constitution, just n amendments will do,
but there are very less chances for that happening now unless everyone goes in
M-x paranoid-mode.
What I can see from your essay is that you're trying to make a career in
creative writing and wanted to make your résumé look better:
* Lead team of n people and drafted a constitution, under CC-by-SA, not
*public domain*, available from Lulu.com :)
I wish I could write something like that on my blog :( .

Happy troll-ing.
