Do not understand where you got "Our hotel (Regency Hayatt - not far from the tennis venue) has prohibitively expensive wifi internet". On several visits there I have always found free connectivity and very good one at that. Like everywhere else in the world most good hotels do provide internet access. Of course, in case you need internet while moving out you may opt for reliance or tata connection.
