Hello, We have Head office in Delhi, Could any one help me on establishing SEZ unit in Himachal Pradesh for IT Industries, I would like to know the procedure, can I run that unit separately as a branch or I have to open new office there? or have to take SEZ registration at Delhi?
Please help me on this issue.
