My clients has been using Now, VSNL, Primenet and VSNL at times.
NOW: So far the best but also the most expensive.
VSNL: Real bad downtimes. Radio link that is.
Primenet: The one who will happily take in as much customers as they can before
worrying about thier uplink. Very unreliable at times. Radio link is bad.
Primus: Quite good most of the time. But I have detected several routing loops from
time
to time.
My experiences might be situational.
