my fault i by mistake had typed in mail
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p ! --syn -m state --state NEW -j DROP
actually i tried
iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p tcp ! --syn -m state --state NEW -j DROP
but it not worked.
