Hi all,

Sorry for the delay, been a bit busy. Oh by the way have you all heard
of the new project undertaken by Ximian. Its really something. Read
about it here  "http://www.go-mono.com/rationale.html";

Anyway a Summary about the Linux Workshop at the Institute of Management
Technology ...

Well after picking up Kishore and Raj from Raj's place we arrived at IMT
at around 10:30 - 11:00. We directly went to the computer lab were the
students were waiting.

After a brief introduction of Kishore and Raj we started with the
installation process which went on for about one and a half hours till
12:30 pm.

After a break of 10 minutes Raj and Kishore gave a very enlightening
presentation on the Security aspects of the Linux operating system. This
took another two hours till 2:30.

After that we had question answer session for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Having finished the Q&A we wrapped up the session and had lunch at 3:30 pm.

The general feedback was that the workshop was extremely informative and
useful. As a result our campus is now Tux friendly and many of us are
experimenting with the operating system.

We thank ILUGD specially Raj and Kishore for sparing their valuable
time, and look forward for similar interactions in future too.

With Regards,
Arminder S.
