Couple of points you (and others) may like to note for future posts:

1. It's difficult for other people to read posts written in Swahili
(cn ne1 pt me 2 a gd bk?) or similar languages. Writing in English
gives much higher chances of your mail being read and responded to in
a meaningful manner.
2. If you're writing a post about a completely new topic (as opposed
to following up on an existing discussion) please start a new thread
instead of replying to the old one with the same subject line.
3. Please, please, please remove that stupid disclaimer and privacy
notice at the end of your message. Yes, we know your mail server
appends it automatically. Yes, we know that you don't have control
over the mailserver. Yes, we know that the mailserver is managed by
fascist SOB's who never listen to users. Get another account somewhere
(NIIT doesn't prohibit the use of webmail accounts AFAIR) and use that
for the list. Legal and privacy notices are a no-brainer, and
specially so on publically archived and searchable mailing lists.
