is the use of pgp or similar encryption (especially over dialup), legal, for
home users, soho users, corporate users, in india? even if it is at lower
bit-depths.
someone told me quite a while ago that this was not legal, and that ISPs keep
an eye out for pgp coded streams, but i haven't been able to verify. anybody
knowz the lowdown?
was using pgp several years ago, circa 1997, on a mac, and wish to get back
to using it.
