Whats the point anyways? community radio would have helped more than 
this "install-linux-everywhere" approach. Development agencies and the 
now mushrooming NGOs in India and places like ours are anyways dominated 
by fund givers, the ever so fashionable middle class elite and their 
simplified concerns so much, that western assumptions about literacy and 
information uptake are arbitarily applied to the situation here. 
Awareness helps, Information helps, Literacy helps, reducing the cost of 
access to Information also helps, but computers and linux arent the 
complete answer. Its funny the way linux is being pimped these days.

On a random note, anyone in here done ax.25? What was the experience 
like? Do you still have the working setup?
