In the meeting held on the 24th nov there were some significant decisions
regarding the manner in which the future meetings will be held.
It was agreed unanimously that the meetings should be more fruitful with more
focused and concentrated attention on issues. For this, from the next time
ownwards both the venue and the date on which we meet everymonth is going to
be fixed.
within the next few days the Venue will be fixed. however the date has been
fixed for EVERY THRID SUNDAY OF THE MONTH.
In these meetings, there will be atleast of two talks for which people will
have to volunteer from before. for this meet, Kishore / raj / and sandeep
have volunteered to give a talk. they will soon be posting their topics on
the list.
it will be nice if people can volunteer for the talks from now on for the
coming six months.
once we have the talks happening at a regular interval we can think of
bringing out a publication of the same at regular intervals and
simultaneously put it up on the website as well.
and there will be a participation fee of Rs/- 50 every month every meet.
i am hoping that this will evoke participation and engagement about a lot of
issues and technologies.
