We tried earlier with IRC channels dedicated to Linux-Delhi, but
there're so few people on at any given time that it just doesn't work
out as a useful service. However if you have a couple of days to
wast^H^H^H^H spare you can always set it up and see if the number of
online enthusiasts have grown :)
