I am going to now maintain a counter for mistakes by people. After 1
mistake, i'll send a warning mail, after 3 mistakes, a relatively more
sever warning, and after 5 mistakes, i shall have to do something more
severe. I dont know what, and i hope i dont ever get a chance to do so.
But if i DO have to, any suggestions as to what can possibly be done ?
Should we keep kicking the person off the list as an option ? Would it be
ok to do so ?
