UT renews MoU with Microsoft source: Indian Express 26 March'2003 UT Administration today renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Microsoft Corporation at New Delhi for implementing E-Governance and strengthening its SPIC-Microsoft Centre of Excellence. The Centre had been set up as a result of an earlier agreement executed in 2001. As per the new document, the Microsoft Corporation will set up a `Smart School' in Chandigarh and will implement the `Net Program' for the city. The secretary, Information Technology, UT Administration, Karan A. Singh signed the MoU with the Managing Director, Microsoft India Limited, Rajiv Kaul.
