Hi all, I guess i should post in accordance with the topics outlined in the subject. So here goes. I am Prasanna Kovalam, studying in Australia (living in hyderabad for the time being due to holidays), with absolutely NO experience of Linux, except for mounting/unmounting (although hoping to learn more). Hopefully its an okay type of an introduction. Now to the help desperately needed part. I DESPERATELY NEED a version of Slackware Linux version 10.2 (or any version greater than 10.0). The reason I am asking is two fold. Firstly, I do not have a stable internet connection. Secondly, I do not have a CD burner. I am willing to reimburse anyone for downloading and burning Slack onto a CD. If anyone is willing to help, they can contact me personally on (+91) 9885974135. I am on the Hutch Network. Thanks in advance, Prasanna Kovalam Yyou can try going to reliance webworld at night. They have broadband connection and I have downloaded an ISO within 2.5 hours once. Link to slackware 10.2 ISOs: http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/slackware-10.2-iso/ just to note, ISO is an image of the CD. Slackware 10.2 has two install discs and two source discs. Once you download ISO image you can burn it to get installation discs.
