Hi, I want to encrypt my passwords in shell and perl scripts. Even if root login is compromised, my passwords in shell and perl scripts should not go to that hacker. please let me know if any thing is there to do that. One thing is to convert scripts to exe files. shc to convert shell to exe ( its not working with bash scripts) perl2exe to convert perl to exe( DBD::Oracle will not work until oracle client in installed in same machine).. Any other means let me know. Thanks in Advance
