Here's a nice link that explains you how to use x-CD ROAST :

Incase you are used to Nero , I am sure Nero too has one for Linux . You can
use NeroLinux , but its not free . You got to pay in $$$$$ .
I am not sure either , if x-CD-Roast supports Multisession operations . I am
getting to use it now , as I use Nero on Windows ( By Default ) .
Try burning some cheap CD's and then once you have mastered it , then go
ahead burning CD's .
