Hi all,

I installed Xine on FC4 on my Dell Laptop and
installed the following to have full video capability.

I think this will solve the mp3 issue too.

You will find this stuff on either rpm.livna.org (yum)
rpmfind.net and rpm.pbone.net or you can google for
it.

 aalib-1.4.0-0.rc5.4.i386.rpm
 livna-release-4-0.lvn.5.4.noarch.rpm
 libdvdcss-1.2.9-1.2.fc4.i386.rpm
 xine-0.99.4-1.2.fc4.i386.rpm
 libfame-0.9.1-7.2.fc4.i386.rpm
 xine-lib-1.1.0-1.2.fc4.i386.rpm
 libXvMCW-0.9.3-1.2.fc4.i386.rpm
 xine-skins-1.10-1.fc.noarch.rpm

I am a Linux consultant (yes, independent Linux
consultants do exist.) I have quite a bit of stuff
gathered during my work - especially iptables, squid,
qmail, oracle on linux etc. I will be posting my
articles on my web-site www.rknowsys.com, (one of
these days soon. I have been planning it for about 6
months now!!!)

cheers,
kc
