There is absolutely nothing to worry about it. They will be bothered only if they don't know what they are getting into. The problem is that most management guys or folks in senior postitions in companies are not *aware* of FLOSS. There are few exceptional people. But, most of us know what we are doing FLOSS, so why not just make an effort to talk to the management in your company about it, and *educate* them?
