Thanx for u'r reply. I have upgraded squirrelmail1.4.2 to
squirrelmail-1.4.10a and configured conf.pl file, I am using "uw" as Imap
server. When i ran configtest.php on browser i got the following error
SquirrelMail configtest This script will try to check some aspects of your
SquirrelMail configuration and point you to errors whereever it can find them.
You need to go run conf.pl in the config/ directory first before you run this
script.

PHP version 4.3.9 OK.
PHP extensions OK.

ERROR: I cannot write to data dir (/var/local/squirrelmail/data/)!
Next, I manually created, data and attach directory with full permissions and
defualt_pref file using touch. I am still unable to figure out the problem
