It's a very long ride any way you do it. 30 km ++
Hitech city - punjagutta - khairatabad (across the flyover) - rtc X roads -
sec'bad and then tarnaka where the OU campus is.
Sometime years down the line there's likely to be an MRTS local train
running that route, till then it is 1:30 hrs without traffic jams. And
coming down into punjagutta and then around rtc crossroads, you are
virtually assured of at least two jams.
