[TwinCLinG] scp via proxy OR ssh via proxy

Hi All,

How can I do scp or ssh via proxy in linux, command line.

I tried editing ssh conf file and -o option in ssh,  but still am 
facing problem.


Is ther a way I can achive this from command line.
