There actually are. But 64 bit distros are bleeding edge and fairly new. If you are considering 64 bit for a server installation, then you will have to wait till 64 bit distros become more mainstream. People say that most of the 64 bit distros out there are not 'recompiled' to make use of 64 bit flags.
