And to incentivize this, I promise to handout a special surprise "T- Shirt" for the best speaker :o) To give some more clarity, the speaker is free to choose any topic, such as an interesting project Idea, or stuff that is already implemented or in the works, any OpenSource related thing, or even related to a pressing social issue, with a possible solution to the issue.
