Dear All,
We are setting up an cluster for webserver. We need to setup DNS. We have
created one as primary dns and other as secondary dns. We are getting problem
as when we use dig command like;
#dig webserver2.organisation.com => we are in webserver1 now, it say timed
out server could not be found. And wise warsa. If we dig with ip address both
are doing well. For same server both way working.
in seconday = we put, masters { 192.168.1.1; }; and type as "slave" and in
both servers we put primary and seconday dns entries. and updated hosts file
with 2 addresses. and in primary we added key word, allow-update { 192.168.1.2;
};
Kindly tell us anything wrong there, but ping through names; perfectly
working in both servers, visa versa.
