Dear Venu,
The problem is that you donot have correct entry
in kernel routing table
check route -n entries and add the specific gateway
using route add. You should have the following entry
destination Gateway Netmask ..... Interface
60.243.176.0 60.243.160.1 255.255.240.0 eth0
