Unfortunately, it is not possible to save/maintain the Tunnel Tolerance and
Snap Tolerance values (in meters) in the segment editor. Each time a segment
map is opened in the editor, default values are calulated:
Snap Tolerance: the default snap tolerance is calculated as: the largest
coordinate range, i.e. Xmax-Xmin or Ymax-Ymin as defined by the map's
boundaries, divided by 150.
Tunnel tolerance:the default tunnel tolerance is calculated as the largest
coordinate range, i.e. Xmax-Xmin or Ymax-Ymin as defined by the map's
boundaries, divided by 1500.
