Dear Rocio,
Procedure to make a table with minimum height values per basin:
* as input you need two maps: DTM (height value map, domain value) and
BASIN (Identifier map indicating the basins, domain ID). Both rastermaps
need to use the same GeoRef.
* Use the CROSS operation. As 1st input map select Basin, as 2nd DTM
(ignore undefs). Create an output table BasDTM.
* Create an attribute table for the Basins. (Use Right Mouse button
menu on the ID domain icon in the catalog, select Create table..)
* Open the newly create table. The Basin names are shown in the key
column.
* In the table window, select menu Columns | Join
* In the Join Columns form select BasDTM as table and DTM as column.
Make sure Aggregation is checked. Select Minimum as function and group by
Basin. Give a proper name for the output column
* Notice the new column in the table, indicating the minimum value per
basin.
Kind regards,
Jelger Kooistra
