Dear Zbigniew,
 
you can do the following:
- copy the Windows data to the clipboard and paste it into a previously created ILWIS 2 table, then you can convert the table to a point map; or
- save the external data as an ASCII file, edit it by adding a header simulating the ILWIS 1.4 point map file structure, change its extension to PNT and then import it as a ILWIS 1.4 point map

Does anybody know how to convert point map which contains xyz data into ilwis table?
Or how to export these data as xyz ASCII file?
