Tienes que revisar los segmentos con todas las herramientas, cuando exista algún error el proceso se para y te da oportundad de que tu lo edites (el vértice se pone en rojo) una vez que has revisado todo y no da errores procedes a poligonizarlos y entonces se crean los polígonos.
